Happy, Happy Bart!

Well, I am having camera difficulties, but promise to get some pics on soon. However, I couldn't let the day pass without a shout out to my love of my life! My old man turns 33 today and I think each year how happy I am to have him in my life. Each year I can look back at struggles and triumphs and be so grateful to have experienced them all with him. So, to the man that I love. I love you for being the best daddy ever, including wrestling nearly every night with the kids. I love you for helping to rub the kinks out of my pregnant back. I love you for the look in your eyes when you see me and the kids. I love that I feel grounded when you walk in the room. I love how hard you work for me and the kids. I love how much you love a bargain and watching you do anything for a bargain. Really, anything. Even for a few pennies. I love that we have lived in 6 places in the last 9.5 years and all the adventures that have come with each one. I love that you are always the most fun to be around. I love that you love to surprise me as you know how much I love them! I love your jokes. I don't love your bum, but I love that it still cracks you up, as juvenile as it is. I love that you are always there for me. I love that you were born today. I love you more than I could ever really express, especially in a blog. So, I hope that the white sheet cake was well worth the wait. I love you the most. Happy Birthday, babe!

Happy Birthday, Bart! We wish we could have shared that sheet cake with you! Ha! No really, we really really miss you guys!

Why we joined this bloggy-blog world!

We hope that we can keep in better contact with our friends and family, both near and far. Besides, it is easier to see pictures this way instead of emailing them! And did we mention we think our family is pretty cute, especially those kids of ours! Check back often and keep in touch!

About Me

I am a proud 32 year old woman (you know they say 30 is the new 20!) I am married to Bart, the love of my life, and we have three amazing kids, Jacob, 6 1/2, Anna,3 1/2, and Rachel 9 mos. We met in college in Utah and lived there for the first 6 years of our marriage. Then we followed Bart's career and moved out to the East Coast. We decided to follow it back to the west about a year ago and are adjusting to life in a new place. We are sure thankful for all that we have and hope to stay in better touch with friends and family alike with our blog!
