Happy Valentine's Day! We had such a fun day this year. Jacob had to have a Valentine's box for school, so we took it to heart! We spent several hours making the perfect box for him, one that looked like Lightning McQueen himself. I must say that the idea came to me in tribute to my creative Dad. One year I had to make a box and wanted it to look like our Red Suburban. My Dad made the best box you have ever seen. The one we made was not nearly as cool, but it reminded me of how much I loved that box that I made with my Dad. Anyway, once we made his box, we of course couldn't leave out our sweet princess, Anna. Her life revolves around pink and we both have a thing for cute ladybugs, so the choice was obvious. The kids and I had so much fun and made such a big mess. Jacob did a lot of the artwork that we cut and glued to the box while I made the frame of it. We had a great afternoon and I hope one day they will remember it as a great day the way I do. The best part was Jacob carrying it home loaded with treats! We used them to put something special in them from Mom and Dad too. I have only one picture ready to post, but will add close ups of the boxes shortly. We hope everyone we know got to spend the day with their loved ones too! Who knew this holiday could be so much fun?!?

Why we joined this bloggy-blog world!
We hope that we can keep in better contact with our friends and family, both near and far. Besides, it is easier to see pictures this way instead of emailing them! And did we mention we think our family is pretty cute, especially those kids of ours! Check back often and keep in touch!
About Me
- Mindy Williams
- I am a proud 32 year old woman (you know they say 30 is the new 20!) I am married to Bart, the love of my life, and we have three amazing kids, Jacob, 6 1/2, Anna,3 1/2, and Rachel 9 mos. We met in college in Utah and lived there for the first 6 years of our marriage. Then we followed Bart's career and moved out to the East Coast. We decided to follow it back to the west about a year ago and are adjusting to life in a new place. We are sure thankful for all that we have and hope to stay in better touch with friends and family alike with our blog!

Jacob and Anna are so stinking cute. And you're so crafty! Are you and the baby hanging in there? I need to call you, it's been way too long! In the next couple of days, I promise! Love you!
Those boxes are adorable! I am very impressed. I am sure it made the holiday for Jacob and Anna. What cuties. We miss them!
Good job on the boxes! They both look so cute! You always are so creative, with your birthday cakes, and stuff like this. We miss you guys! Hope Denver is treating you well, and we can't wait to find out about that baby! Love ya!
Ok, ok enough with V-Day, I, we all, want a belly picture. Share your glory with all of us, and the rest of the world.
We want a picture, not a belly itcher (although I'm sure your belly is really itchy right now). Love and miss you!
The belly picture is on it's way. I took it last night, but I am not sure the pictures even do it justice. Unfortunately, it appears I will have it for a few more weeks until it can figure out how to work its way out! C'mon, baby, you can do it!
