How do you keep from cracking up when...

As we were winding down for bed, this was Anna's prayer (word for word):"Heavenly Father, Thank you for this day. Thank you for Dad at work. Bless him to come home safe. Thank you for having Dad at work so hard so that we can have our house with toys and not have to live in a box in the street. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."

Oh that just cracked me up at the end of a rather long day! I wonder where she picked that up.

Ha ha ha, love it! I'm always praying for Chloe to sleep well through the night. Last week Chloe prayed for me to sleep well through the night. I just love what these kids say! I'm with Anna though, I hope none of us are living in a box on the street!

What is this all about?? I had no idea you were a blogger! And yes I think we need a 5 Crowns night one of these weekends very soon. And that prayer; too funny I am still laughing!

Very sweet. I am grateful, too, that you don't live in a box. THAT is something to be thankful for.

That is so awesome! Such honesty & gratitude.

Why we joined this bloggy-blog world!

We hope that we can keep in better contact with our friends and family, both near and far. Besides, it is easier to see pictures this way instead of emailing them! And did we mention we think our family is pretty cute, especially those kids of ours! Check back often and keep in touch!

About Me

I am a proud 32 year old woman (you know they say 30 is the new 20!) I am married to Bart, the love of my life, and we have three amazing kids, Jacob, 6 1/2, Anna,3 1/2, and Rachel 9 mos. We met in college in Utah and lived there for the first 6 years of our marriage. Then we followed Bart's career and moved out to the East Coast. We decided to follow it back to the west about a year ago and are adjusting to life in a new place. We are sure thankful for all that we have and hope to stay in better touch with friends and family alike with our blog!
