Fact or Fiction?

Statement: Denver has more sunshine days than Miami.
Fact or Fiction? My in-laws have long since stated that this is true.
At times I have definitely wondered, but this week, there was no question, it was a fact. With Florida in a deep freeze, we were enjoying high 60's and 70's. We had to take advantage of the nice weather in the middle of January! We spent a lot of time outside. Too bad that we'll be getting snow by 3 p.m. today. Oh Spring, how I long for thee!
But, I digress. We not only spent time outside, but it meant we spent time with our beloved sunglasses...a must in Colorado. Rachel got new shades for Christmas and we had a little photo shoot. She is so serious sometimes. I love it. She cracks me up.
Thank you sun, we'll miss you until the Spring!
Really Mom? I'm so over this.
Mom, I'm busy playing, okay?

If I clap, will you leave me alone?

Anna tried to help me make her laugh, but
Rachel was a tough audience.

Hey cool, my toes are still out here. She HATES
shoes and socks.

Alright, this is getting really old.

And at long last, we get the smile. My favorite!

And you should note Anna is wearing yet another
sundress. I love her smile in this one.

Rachie is getting so big. Her face looks like a little girl now instead of new baby. She is darling. OF course Annie is adorable as well! Thanks for the pictures!

What a beautiful little girl. I can't believe how she's changed since I saw her last.

Why we joined this bloggy-blog world!

We hope that we can keep in better contact with our friends and family, both near and far. Besides, it is easier to see pictures this way instead of emailing them! And did we mention we think our family is pretty cute, especially those kids of ours! Check back often and keep in touch!

About Me

I am a proud 32 year old woman (you know they say 30 is the new 20!) I am married to Bart, the love of my life, and we have three amazing kids, Jacob, 6 1/2, Anna,3 1/2, and Rachel 9 mos. We met in college in Utah and lived there for the first 6 years of our marriage. Then we followed Bart's career and moved out to the East Coast. We decided to follow it back to the west about a year ago and are adjusting to life in a new place. We are sure thankful for all that we have and hope to stay in better touch with friends and family alike with our blog!
